Sant Margos is a renowned European Sommelier and a Wine Judge active mainly in Europe and the USA. He has been  a contributing writer to different US and European publications. He actively consults a high-end producer in Spain and is the name behind defining the style of the wines.

He has judged within International Wine Competitions such as Concours Mondial, Challenge du Vin (Bordeaux) to mention a few.He is accredited to be one of the Top 250 wine professionals in the world.

He has been a host on the Radio in the USA and made TV appearances in Europe.

He has visited many wineries and vineyards within Continental Europe and USA and around the world.
